DIY queen, Suzelle, recently uploaded this brilliant video tutorial demonstrating how one can create a pretty impressive, yet inexpensive, vertical garden. Well suited to apartment living or small areas where floor space is limited, vertical gardens can also liven up a dull and dreary wall on your patio or balcony. It is also the perfect way to keep your culinary greenery close at hand – just fill the containers with your favourite herbs like basil, rosemary, sage, etc.

The concept of vertical gardening has been all the rage for quite some time – as Suzelle said herself, “these are very ‘hip’ at the moment, so if you want to be in fashion you should make this“…
